Concession Truck and/or Trailers: Vehicles/Equipment measuring 13' or longer require a minimum reservation of two (2) spaces. Water supply is vendor responsibility. ARRIVE EARLY for easier set-up.

*Electricity (120V & 240V) is now available for ALL SPACES. NO GENERATORS ARE ALLOWED. If you will be using power for your booth, you must provide your own power dropcord(s) and adaptor(s). The N.C. Peach Festival WILL NOT have power dropcords or adaptors available for vendor use. Check to confirm that you understand.

*Vendor space assignments and important day-of-event instructions, including the Vendor Layout & Parking Map, will be forwarded to all registered vendors via email by Wednesday, July 15th, 2026. Vendors should review all forwarded documentation prior to festival day. Check to confirm that you understand.

*By signing this registration form, I acknowledge that the N.C. Peach Festival is subject to various weather conditions (NO RAIN DATE & NO REFUND OF APPLICATION FEES OR DEPOSITS). Following the event, I will collect, bag and properly dispose of all trash and/or debris in the trash receptacles provided. Check to confirm that you understand.

*Furthermore, in consideration of my participation in the aforementioned N.C. Peach Festival, I hereby discharge and release the Town of Candor and any and all employees of the agents or volunteers from all claims of any kind or nature whatsoever arising out of the above said employees or agents to the extent allowed by law. Check to confirm that you understand.
